Stop issuing passes manually
Manual issuance works for the first ten customers and breaks at the hundredth. Here’s how Stow Cards automates the join, the reward, and the update, with an API-ready core for when you connect your own systems.

Hand-issuing every pass, typing a name, generating a card, sending a link, is the kind of task that feels fine at the start and quietly eats your evenings as you grow. It’s also where most loyalty programs quietly die: staff stop bothering because it’s too much friction.
Automate the join with a QR code
Every Stow Cards program gets a public enrollment page and a QR code. Customers scan it themselves, enter a name and email, and the pass is added to their wallet in one tap. The platform de-duplicates by email, so a customer who enrolls twice doesn’t become two members.
The customer does the onboarding. Your team just rewards.
Automate the reward at the till
With the in-store scanner app, rewarding is a two-tap job: scan the customer’s pass, then add points or a stamp. The update pushes to their wallet automatically, no spreadsheet and no end-of-night reconciliation.
Automate the update, forever
Because every pass is live, an adjustment made once fans out to every device carrying that pass. You never re-issue passes when points change, tiers shift, or an offer expires; the wallet reflects the truth automatically.
API-ready when you outgrow the console
Stow Cards is no-code first, but it’s built on a real service architecture: browser traffic flows through a gateway, and backend services talk to each other over signed calls. That means when you’re ready to connect a POS, a booking system, or an automation tool, the integration surface already exists.

Start with QR enrollment and the scanner. When volume justifies it, wire the same reward action into your checkout flow, and the pass still updates live either way. See the integrations page for the API details.
The point
Loyalty should run itself. The join, the reward, and the update can all be automatic, leaving your team free to do the part that actually matters: knowing your regulars.
