Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Stow Cards when you use our platform.
Draft for legal review. Not yet effective. Last updated 29 September 2026.
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using the Stow Cards platform, the guided Pass Designer, the merchant console, or the in-store scanner app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Stow Cards lets merchants design wallet passes, enroll customers, and deliver and update those passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are products of their respective owners; your customers’ use of those wallets is governed by the wallet provider’s own terms.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to bind the business you register on the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Only enroll customers and process personal data where you have a lawful basis to do so.
5. Plans and billing
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing page. The free plan does not require payment details. Fees, billing cycles, and the limits of each plan, the free plan included, are subject to change and will be confirmed before launch.
6. Customer data
You remain the controller of the customer data you collect through the Service; Stow Cards processes it on your behalf to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Stow Cards retains all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your brand assets, pass designs, and customer data. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display your designs and to deliver passes to your customers.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Stow Cards excludes implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
